We are shipping by UPS EMS DHL and TNT to Worldwide; All our shoes are Free Shipping for Worldwide.
All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped will be provided with tracking information if you want. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.
Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled after we have sent your package. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you want to change your order, please contact us in time!!
Return
Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop at Mybeatsbydresale. Merchandise can be returned for a defective exchange as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Merchandise can also be returned for a refund if merchandise has never been used as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive it. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you are unable to use any products, please contact us as we will be happy to assist you. Mybeatsbydresale is not responsible for any damages by human during or after used.
Exchanges
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 15days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 15-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Merchandise can be returned as long as:
1. A return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise
2. The item has never been used.
3. All shipping material, packaging, and included accessories, and supplies are included with the returned merchandise
4. Return shipping charge is paid for by the customer
Any returned merchandise that does not satisfy the above conditions for refund are subject to a Return Fee Charge.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise that is damaged or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will not offer refunds.
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase usually within 14 days.
